Jack Bai (Guolan) has been my realtor for the past 5 years in Atlanta. I’ve worked with him on many real estate matters including buying my first home, selling property, and leasing property. From a landlord’s perspective, he is also a great consultant/advisor when it comes to landlord-tenant matters and drafting up fair lease (and sale) agreements to protect the interests of His clients. His expertise is most valuable. Jack also does a good job of securing good tenants. I’ve asked for his help so many times over the years on various matters, big and small, and he is always reliable.
